Two years in, and wow, has it been a great journey so far working with this guy! We have gone through different protocols of periodization and found success at each stage. The first picture is from the end of a cut we did last summer and the second picture is right before the open. This second picture is after reverse dieting where we were really focusing on overall energy, performance and recovery. As you can see, we achieved more than that through the process – I mean, just look at those guns and pecks!!!
